 Since all graphs are identified by name tags, some sort of user function
 which can change them without breaking the application should be created.
 If the user uses the matlab set command to change a name or tag, then all
 default properties for that plot are lost (since it is identified by it's
 name and tag). This should be caught and the default properties changed.
 Exact details of how this will be done are to be thought out in the new
 year
