 Before now, to get the name tags each function has had it's own method
 (i.e. removing any (HOLD) or (CURRENT) etc. etc. A better way is to have
 ixf_get_nametags (which has been created during the development of
 acolor/amark/aline) which can be changed whenever the nameing system is
 changed, for instance if we want to add other labels to it, rather than
 changing lots of functions individually. As part of this - the current
 label (should it ever be used!) will require a flag set into the appdata
 so that users are still free to use (CURRENT) to label their graphs if
 they so wish and our functions wont delete it assuming that it's our own
 label.
