 (In [1682]) refs #188 Recent Fortran modifications compiled on Windows
 refs #24  config - save-restore config behaves correctly in a case if
 number of fields in derived or parent configuration class have changed
 (deletes pre-existing configuration and starts from defaults rising a
 warning)
