 modified homer_config to include user path
 modified libisis_init to report instrument and user path when starting
 libisis
 modified spec.m to use user path for temporary nexus files as previous
 path can be write-protected in Unix
 NXmodule checks if file to write exists -- modified in attempt to locate
 crash on Unix
