 (In [1655]) refs #188
 minor changes to libisis version allowing it not to complaint about Matlab
 7.10 (2010a). Mex seems work with 7.10 without problems
 refs #43 changes to IXTraw_file.m to fix error in matlab tests introduced
 by latest changes in Libisis.

 Graphic tests do not work !!!
