 (In [1743]) refs #98 instrument information has moved from config to
 homer_config to simplify stand-alone application deployment, including
 mslice_classes/@cut/eq.m

 homgui_config got dependence on homer_config.m as the result. --> may be
 messy but seems no way around it.
