 (In [1633]) Major tidying of code
 - cure problem with absolute normalisation: was not applying
 (kf/ki)*eff(kf) correctly when integrating monovan data. Now explicitly
 rebins on 0.5% energy bins, and integrates only after the application of
 the correction.
 - first pass as making head, spec and other utilities more obvious and
 convenient. Much work still needs to be done.
