 (In [1631]) refs #188
 spe class accepts empty constructor now (to allow working some functions)
 write.m method for SPR overloaded from defaults and works now for spe
 files (on ILL requests)

 minor modifications to copy_files_list.m to allow copying service
 directories (folder starting with '_') on requests (key '+_') needs to be
 specified. Useful for elegant building of mslice_distribution_kit.m
