 deleted Microsoft libraries, prohibited for distribution
 instrument-dependent files extracted from Libisis and moved to
 InstrumentFiles
 Libisis Init changed to support new directory structure
 generic_methods renamed to _generic_methods in order to not add them to
 matlab search path
 genpath modified to support this function
