 (In [1519]) refs #102. General bug fixes. Includes: Titles stay the same
 when overplots are made. Overplotting does not change axes limits, axes
 limits do not chop off any data, Plots are now faster (if plotting an
 array, or overplotting, then the axes and figure properties are not
 changed after the first plot is made).
