 Libisis enabled for Matlab from 7.4 to 7.7 32 and 64 bit versions and
 probably for 7.8-7.9 too( clear verification still needed for the last
 two)
 the DLL-s necessary for Libisis to operate are being copied during the
 program initialisation on the host computer.
