 Libisis structure and initialisation routines have been modified to
 support both win32 and win64 and Matlab 2008a-2009a
 the switch between version occurs during the Libisis initialisation
 Effective way of organising visioning  is using Windows simulinks but they
 are not compatible with svn, so further modification of the initialisation
 script is necessary
