 (In [1551]) fixed Minor bug in MatlabVersionFolder, which was preventing
 mex32 files copying during Libisis Initialisation
 start_app.m  has been renamed back to .m from .mt as no modification is
 necessary when installing in an specific folder,
 Catch in start_app.m has been replaced by lasterr for backward
 compatibility.
