 (In [1451]) Improve command line use of IXTdataset_1d, IXTdataset_2d
 constructors
 Alter Windows distribution so that startup acjieved by
 >> addpath(<libisis_root_area>)
 >> libisis_init
 for consistency with Horace, mgenie etc
 Add colorslider as equivalent to color_slider to avoid conflict with
 mslice
 Allow sliceomatic to work in conjuction with mslice
