 When running on 64bit machine under Windows Vista Matlab 2009a does not
 recognize Libisis reporting that the corresponding command does not exists
 despite the dll-s are certainly in the Matlab search path.

 When trying to do the same on a 32bit Windows XP virtual machine (Sun
 VirtualBox) running under Vista, Matlab do recognize Libisis but does not
 read raw files reporting errors, which are not related to any real
 situation e.g.:
 "+ISISEXC-F, IXTinstrument failure only one type of instrument must be
 associated (IXFcheck_instrument)
 +ISISEXC-F, IXTinstrument+inst_type does not agree with initialised
 instruemnt object (IXFcheck_instrument)"

 recompilation does not solve the problem
