 This submission includes VS2008 and Fortran.11 projects which are main
 part of the Libisis library and can generate Libisis both for Win32 and
 for Win64 machines.
 Though the resulting libisis library works in 32 and 64 bit modes on the
 machine where it was compiled, no comprehensive tests were performed to
 verify, if all libraries necessary for the proper libisis operation are
 included in this brunch.
