 (In [1594]) refs #191
 hook script (process_libisis_SubWCRev.pl)connected to VS project. The
 script inserts the recent SVN version into the mex-files when the files
 are generated.
 hook script  (svn_matlab_commit_hook.pl) enabled as the precommit step.
 This script modifies libisis_version.m to report latest SVN repository
 version
