Comment (by Dean Whittaker):

 (In [1432]) refs #16 - modifications needed to createdist.sh so that new
 "instrument_setup' folder in homer can be included in install kit, plus
 some other minor edits. Also require a few new .DLL files (checked
 licenses for these) and updated license accordingly (i.e. Matlab DLL files
 - not strictly required for libisis dist. but needed for any standalone
 applications so useful to have for their distribution kits). Instructions
 for distribution are on wiki.
