Comment (by Dean Whittaker):

 (In [1429]) refs #140, closes #176 - new commands exist for mgenie style
 function and homer standalone has been (provisionally) implemented but not
 tested. Also note some changes to the Fortran so that it builds correctly,
 Dickon had not put some options into the release build.
