Comment:

 (In [1428]) closes #170 - dxyz replaced with dxy, dxyz, dxyc commands...
 separate commands, separate underlying structures to deal with the complex
 task of dealing with lots of different plot types. These are NOT general
 commands unfortunately - dxyz and dxyc will have trouble coping with non-
 surface or non-area style plots. dxy will work pretty much anywhere.
