Comment:

 (In [1329]) closes #158 - New method for plotting implemented, now the
 arguments are parsed so that if you want to plot a new data type, or
 change the way that a particular data type works then you just alter
 ixf_parse_plotdata.m.. Every other plot type uses this (notable exception
 - mp, I don't know why but don't have time to investigate why it deals
 with make_label in a different way)..

 Minor changes to test files and removal of "pack" instances....
