 (In [1282]) Initialisation for libisis within Matlab binding.

 To start libisis:, add path to the libisis root directory, and then call
 libisis_init
 >> addpath('c:\my_stuf\somewhere\libisis)
 >> libisis_init

 then to remove libisis,
 >> libisis_off
