 (In [1120]) addresses #98 - constructors will make sure any empty string
 is converted into a blank string (look for any slowing down since it needs
 to use a loop, there was not better way of doing it!).. avoidtex should
 now give out the same format as goes in (cellstr, string, string array)
 required for use with Horace in particular.
