 Current method for determining what is and what is not a plot (for
 handles) is not just messy and inacurate, it doesn't work properly with
 Libisis. Rethink of the method needed...

 One suggestion - use tags to control,
 Another - use ixf_plotdata to store plot info

 DJW will think it over.
