 Need method to get the dataset2d that contains the data in a runfile: I
 suggest:

 w=get_monitor_datasets(rf)

 w=get_detector_datasets(rf)

 THe output is , in general, an array of IXTdataset_2d.
 (Name chosen like this as datasets is the name of the field in IXTdata).

 THis is an operation that is likely to be needed frequently; is needed by
 e.g. monovan, and diag (for creating masks)
