Comment:

 Comes from method that applies the colours / lines / etc. to the graphs -
 it's actually a bit of a tricky fix, didn't come up in testing because I
 hadn't restarted matlab when I tested the arrays (and certain defaults
 were held) then never tested it on arrays again.
