#52: incorporate parse arguments to gtk

Parse arguments is currently not used at all in gtk - It just occured to
me that it may well be faster to change ixf_set_prop so that instead of
the rather cumbersome looking "switch, case" table, it uses parse
arguments. This would also quickly construct the default structure for
st_local_defaults used in the plotting and would generally be easier to
read... In fact, it may well tidy everything up and mean that instead of
the current need to change ixf_global_default, ixf_set_prop,
ixf_set_arrayprop every time we find a new property we want control of,
you just need to set ixf_global_default.... will look into this.
