 (In [969]) addresses #44 - libisishelp now added - a text file
 libisishelp.txt contains a list of matlab functions (currently for
 IXTdatset_1d and IXTdataset_2d only - it does not list utilities).
 addresses #45 - updates to the gtk help file to accomodate new functions.
 Some minor tidying also done. libisis_init includes more paths. Tests
 changed slightly.
