Comment:

 (In [1085]) refs #102 - some minor fixes (problems with setting "DEFAULT"
 in array props particularly).. refs #100 - some RAW files were removed so
 test had to be changed. Also test was testing old unused function. refs
 #98 - minor fixes... fixes #109 - new function provided, now stores data
 in the appdata structure. Relevant functions have been changed to suit.
 NOTE: May manifest in bugs at later date as an unimportant lower level
 function which was changed incorrectly gets used.
