Comment:

 (In [951]) string_replace.m addresses #19 , it takes a string and replaces
 parts of it according to input parameters (see the online documentation),
 the words_to_symbols.m closes #19 , this uses the string_replace.m code
 against a list of commonly used symbols and converts them into latex
 syntax.
