Comment:

 (In [950]) fixes #22, #18 - the IXF_figureclose.m function has been
 renamed properly, the labels have been changed so that they now use
 make_label.m and the matlab in GTK does not make the labels itself, also
 changed the mp command so that it gives the y label as spectrum number if
 not given any other information. All labelling in the GTK graphics now
 coincides with the methods used in fortran.
