Log:
refs #188 Iliad_crystal modified to refer to proper instrument path
test Iliad_crystal has been added to merlin Tests

Libisis code modified to not to crash on file name supplied instead of a filepath in homer. Error messages are still cryptic, but will probably stay this way. 

Code has not been properly compiled for all platforms yet
