libisis_on.m and horace_on.m can accept a non-default path as an parameter
Homer_ver0.m remembers its state without saving configuration while choosing files. It also can choose different spe and dat; map and mask directories
it also should not fail if initial path=es do not exist.

setup_instrument_dataFolders.m should in theory accept path as array of cells though this has not been tested thoroughly

forgotten template for the libisisexec generation under windows has been added. This allows insert SVN version into Fortran code
