Log:
fixes #53 - alterations to the ixf_gen_interface mean that counter is now set to increment after the first plot... but any counter argument given by the user (or previous functions before ixf_gen_interface override this behaviour - i.e. the default MUST be to reset the counter, because if a reset command is sent from another mfile, then the problem will re-occur.
